Social Media Marketing (SMM)

Social Media is now an important way to help achieve top listings in search engines. However, there's much more that needs to be done to ensure that SMM is effective. At the center of any online marketing initiative is the keyword strategy ... targeted keyword phrases that are used across all you social media channels as well as your site. If you aren't using your keyword phrases when writing tweets, blog posts and profiles you could miss out on making more connections with your target audience.

Update: This video was published January 2010. Since then, the latest numbers for LinkedIn members are in and they are impressive. Membership has jumped from 50 million worldwide in December to 60 million in February. Half of the new LinkedIn account holders are from the US.
